U.S. couple likely thrown overboard by boat hijackers are dead, Grenada police say SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — A U.S. couple whose catamaran was hijacked last week in the Caribbean by three escaped prisoners were probably thrown into the ocean and are presumed dead, police said Monday.
